Joanie Smocked Dress

Being 5 months postpartum I still have a mom tummy and this hides it well without making me look pregnant still. I love everything about it, except the low cut v front. I thought it looked more rounded in the photo but being very busty like myself it isnt what I wanted. But I just put on a white tank top underneath to help me feel more covered and it still looks cute.

I bought this for my mom. She is 209 pounds and I believe 5’6” now… She shrunk.. I bought a midi so it wasn’t dragging the ground.. She had a breast reduction done and is only in a B or a C cup now. This is perfect because it would fit her even if she was larger up top. There is plenty of roombut it pulled tight enough to where it looked really nice on her. I was in between sizes. I wasn’t sure what to get until I read all of the reviews which were helpful. That’s why I’m putting her weight and height in here. I bought this in an extra large 1XL. I haven’t reviewed the other two dresses. I bought her, but they looked terrific and they are so well-made. She was so happy.

This is my go-to summer dress for running errands and more. It’s light weight and washes well. Sometimes I use the steamer to get the minimal wrinkles out and sometimes I just wash and wear. I always wash on cold and drip dry, and with this dress, I noticed the top fit a tad-bid snug after first wash. I’m only a 34B, and my bust feels pretty smashed (and looks smashed) in this dress. This has a deep V-neck, which I like, but might be too much for some. Love the flowy skirt and pockets.
